Other Terms and Conditions
- This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of this letter, subject to availability of space at the time of your confirmation
- The rents quoted above are for bare-shell condition of the premises
- ARIL would be taking care of the maintenance of the building. Maintenance charges shall be payable at Rs 12/- per sq. ft. per month.
- The intending lease shall not have the option to terminate the lease during the initial 3 years term of the lease. Subsequently, the lease can be terminated by giving six months notice or rent in lieu thereof.
- Rentals quoted above are exclusively of all taxes i.e. central, state and municipal.
- Stamp duty and Registration charges are to be paid by the lessee.
- Service Tax to be paid by the Lessee.
