REAL ESTATE BUYERS EXPECTATIONS FROM NEWLY-ELECTED GOVERNMENT

As we all know that general elections, the prime elections in a democratic country like India, are planned in April-May 2014. And now the whole nation is pinioning its expectations with it. Almost all the major industries are expecting great expectations from the upcoming government whereas Real estate industry too expects that more and more good changes will be conducted by upcoming government and state of affairs will change for the better future.

Most of the leading industrialist in real estate thinking that the real estate market sentiment is determined primarily by plea from buyers of flats for self-use however investors are booking flats and workshops for short/long-term return could also incline the claim to some amount. The consumer searching for house for self-use, is least alarmed for the election or its outcome and for them a vision of roof above mind is coming true and want it to get real at the most primitive. The election results might be of attention or anxiety for the shareholders and only to this range; there one could be find short-term sluggishness in the present real estate market.

Buyers gave a varied response to whether the new-elected government would bring optimistic change or not in the entire real estate sector.
