Real Estate Industry needs Successful Market Reforms
Real estate industry is grooming day by day due to rapid urbanization. People are moving to nuclear families and rural to urban migration. This change has led to infrastructure development. Demands of housing, corporate buildings, shopping malls, luxury shops and many more are increasing these days. Gurgaon is the city where investors and developers of real estate industry want to invest. Now, demand of housing sector and commercial property is decreasing and facing some downfall because economy of nation is increasing day by day. Investors are sharing losses in their businesses while selling and buying property. Stock market is also facing losses due to the same problem.

Real estate market is facing some serious contraction. This has made the market situation drastic. Country is in the middle of general elections. With the formation of new government the city of Gurgaon is expecting some market reforms. Investors and developers of real estate industry will be waiting for the new reform market. Neglected housing sections and incomplete projects will be anticipated to get finished after a stable government is formed. Initially, new government in the city must give clearance to the housing projects which are waiting in the list for approvals.

The cost of housing is affected due to the delay of approvals, which has made the market more challenging. Government plays a very important role in developing any sector, especially real estate sector which needs many approvals from authorities. Growing liquidity in the real estate market is leaving some harmful effects. Apathy of the government makes the stakeholders suffering from losses these days. Corrupt officials and delayed projects are affecting the industry. This has also resulted in the selling of property at quite low prices. Experts, developers and investors are hoping that the new government implements reforms that can take the real estate sector out of its misery.

As far as real estate industry is concerned, investors are expected to grow and take their real place in current market situation. Reforms by the government allow foreign direct investment in the nation that makes the market more attractive. Expectations of getting new and huge projects may also increase economic flow in the industry. Real estate industry is feeling that with the formation of new government growth is pushed to the next level. So, it is of utmost importance that the governments make valid changes and reforms in order to bring about some relief to the people involved in the real estate industry.
