Vatika Floors in Gurgaon
Reputed construction group, Vatika Builders, have come up with a new housing project in the city of Gurgaon namely Vatika Floors in Gurgaon. Situated in Gurgaon’s Sector-82 near National Highway-8, this project, initiated by Vatika Group, comprises of independent floors. They are called ‘Iris, Emilia, and Primrose floors’. The USP of these new residential project of Vatika are independent floors is that they are low-rise row houses, spread in an area of 180 and 300 square yards. The residents of each of the floors will have dedicated parking spaces. All the floors will have a power back-up facility.
The plan of Vatika Apartments also endeavors to provide individual gardens, both in the front and the back, to all the residents of the ground floor. These gardens will be attached to covered verandas. Residents living on the first and second floors have been allotted balconies and terraces.
Of the three floors, the Primrose floor of Vatika Group has been designed to provide a three-bedroom house on the ground and the first floor, while the second floor house will have two bedrooms. The Primrose Floor is spread in a total area of 240 square yards. Of this, the total built-up area for the ground floor is 1156.21 square feet including the staircase. The first floor of the Primrose section, with three bedrooms, is spread in an area of 1094.21 square feet, whereas the second floor is built in an area of 881.41 square feet. The basic sale price for Primrose Floor’s ground floor is Rs 36, 32,352/-. The first and the second floors are available at a price point of Rs 31, 24,275/- and Rs 25, 71,884/- respectively.
The Iris floor is spread in an area of 300 square yards. Although these floors are designed in the same manner as the Primrose Floor, they have a larger built-in area. The ground floor of builder Floors at Vatika India Next comes with three bedrooms that has a total built-in area of 1415 square feet, while the three-bedroom first floor covers an area of 1309 square feet. The two-bedroom second floor house is spread in 1032 square feet of area. Since the Iris Floor operates in a larger area, these houses are priced more than the Primrose floor. The basic sale price of the ground floor is Rs 47, 78,600/-, while the first and the second floors are priced at Rs 38, 01,424/- and Rs 30, 51,908/- respectively.
The Emilia floor of Vatika Group is the smallest of the three floors, spread in an area of 180 square yards. It also has three levels, namely, ground, first, and second floors but they are all two-bedroom houses. All the three floors are spread in a total built-up area of 781.25 square feet each. However, they differ in price. While the ground floor has a basic sale price of Rs 28, 00,660/-, the first and the second floors cost Rs 22, 55,477/- and Rs 23, 12,037/- respectively.
